A message to our clients:


As you know, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has had significant impact on both our personal and professional lives. Our number one priority here at KBST&M is to support the safety and well-being of the communities in which we live, work, and serve. In this time of uncertainty, we want to assure you that our focus is on both protecting our employees, clients, and business associates, and ensuring continuity of service.

We have initiated a plan to mitigate the potential effects of the situation, helping to ensure the well-being of our employees, their families, and our clients. KBST&M has assembled a team to closely monitor the COVID-19 public health emergency and we are following all recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local authorities. Despite this being a unique and constantly changing situation, please know that KBST&M is committed to delivering the same high-quality service and extraordinary client experience that you have grown accustomed to.

KBST&M has long been committed to a flexible workplace, and we have the technological, cultural and operational infrastructure for the organization to work virtually, should the need arise. In this very busy time of year, we also encourage our clients to take advantage of this flexibility to limit your need to travel or leave your home given the current environment.

Should you have in-person meetings, currently scheduled with a KBST&M team member, and would like to discuss other methods of communication, such as audio or video conference alternatives, please reach out to discuss.

At this time, we strongly encourage electronic delivery of your information and remind you of your choices in getting documents to us. As always, the security of your data is paramount in this process, so please use one of our secure solutions to deliver your information.

We are monitoring Federal and State tax filing policies that may be extended or modified due to the virus and will keep you informed as to this situation as quickly as the information is available to us.
